Are the stones real?

Yes, all stones are natural and untreated, unless otherwise indicated.

Where do the stones come from?

All stones used in the jewelry are cut in the gemstone capital of the world: Jaipur, India.

What materials are the jewelry made of?

Almost all jewelry is made of stainless steel with silver or gold plating, combined with certain components made of 925 silver, such as some pendants or ear hooks. Sterling silver is well tolerated by most people, even those with a nickel allergy. Specific materials can be found in the description of each piece of jewelry.

Can sizes be adjusted?

The sizes per piece of jewelry are noted in the description. If this size does not meet your requirements, please send an email to info@rosarelia.com with the desired size before placing an order, and we will look into the possibilities together.

Does the jewelry discolor?

At Rosarelia, you buy plated jewelry. The stainless steel parts use PVD vacuum plating, which is very wear-resistant. The 925 silver parts use electroplating. Both forms can discolor over time, but with careful maintenance, the jewelry can remain beautiful for a long time.

Why has a 925 silver component turned black?

This is due to oxidation. The jewelry is not permanently ruined by this process, as the discolored layer can be gently polished away with the included silver polishing cloth.

What is the delivery time?

All jewelry is handmade. Therefore, please allow for a shipping time of 1-3 working days. How long it takes for the package to arrive at your home depends on the shipping time of the delivery service to your location.

How can I return an item?

Jewelry that has not been personalized can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Pack the jewelry well-protected and include a note in the package with the corresponding order number. This allows the return to be processed as quickly as possible!
